Ever since elementary school, I wanted to be a writer. Now that I am, I understand that others have the same dream I did - to write and get paid and recognized for that work. My goal as the Writing Guru is to give you the tools you need to make that dream a reality.
As a writer, I have a wide range of experiences. I've been published in Transitions Abroad, Herbs for Health, and Herb Quarterly. I also have my own blogs and websites and am well versed in social media.
For my clients I complete a range of projects such as writing articles, ebooks, and special reports and also doing some copywriting. I also have a BA in English from the University of New Hampshire.
My interests outside of writing are vast and they give me the fuel I need to write on a variety of topics. I am a Master Herbalist (I have a Diploma in Herbal Studies from ACHS) and I love writing about health and fitness topics. I also love to spend time with my husband, travel, read, do photography, crochet, cook, etc.

What ticks you off? Not much.
Any thoughts or ideas on living a greener life? Recycle, be conscious about how your actions affect the planet.
What would people be surprised to know about you? That I took a one and a half year detour in college. I started off as an electrical engineering major!
Philosophy
When it comes to work, my philosophy is to always find jobs that balance enjoyment with pay. If I love the project, then it won't even feel like work. Another is to "Keep it Simple." Anything that makes things too complicated is not worth it. And I always make time to do something fun and live life.
