When do I capitalize a noun followed by a number?

Capitalization and Numbers

Capitalize a noun followed by a number or a letter that indicates sequence.

Exceptions: Do not capitalize: line, note, page, paragraph, size, step, or verse.

Examples:

Act 2
Appendix B
Book IV
Chapter VI
page 7
line 2
Room 100
